☉ Shipping Options:
We offer cash on delivery COD, Bank Transfer and Debit cards payment options for domestic orders. For international orders we do not provide COD service. International customers need to pay in advance via Bank Transfer or Debit card . Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of your purchase and will be displayed at checkout.

☉ Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

☉ Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 8 working days. For new arrivals delivery can take up to 10 to 15 working days.

☉ International Shipping:
Custom duties or any kind of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer). Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

☉ No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained for international orders.

☉ Signature Requirement:
For security reasons, all orders over PKR 20,000 require a signature upon delivery.

☉ Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

☉ Address Changes:
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process.
